It is that time of year again. As our Block Party and Parade continues to grow so does our need for volunteers. The purpose of this event is to celebrate the diversity of our community and our world while raising money for local charities. Our charity beneficiaries for the 2010 Gay Pride SA Block Party and Parade are: GALA (Gay and Lesbian Association) of San Antonio College, TGRA (Texas Gay Rodeo Association), Royal, Sovereign, and Imperial Court of the Alamo Empire, We Are Alive, B.E.A.T. AIDS, & Mujeres Unidas Contra El Sida
To maximize the money raised for these hardworking fixtures of the community, volunteers are essential. We need volunteers in many areas.
